ShortFest 27th-31st March 2008
Thursday 27th of March

ShortFest is Propeller TV’s first stay-at-home film festival

programmed by the not-for-profit TV channel that supports original filmmaking and new talent. 27-31 March 2008, Propeller TV has invited local students to remake a handful of modern classics that represent some of cinema’s edgiest and most popular features. http://uk.youtube.com/user/propellertv

ShortFest, from 27-31 March 2008, will give viewers a chance to enjoy original short film from around the world, including a selection of outstanding new films that will be judged by experts from Sony, ITV, Aardman Animation & The Times.

It’s hard to tell a great story in a small amount of time. For a tongue-in-cheek taste of ShortFest

We think you’ll enjoy the results!

You can also watch interviews with short-film fans including Elliot Grove, Artistic Director of Raindance Independent Film Festival, and Lawrence Boyce, Head of Hull Short Film Festival.

You may prefer to host these movie clips on your own website? Attached is the html code you’ll need to embed these clips into your webpage, but please contact myself or my colleague Fran Graham (fran@anitamorrisassociates.co.uk) if you have any problems doing this.
