Keynote Speaker Session with Jane Lighting Chief Executive of UK Broadcaster Five

In conversation with Denis Gartside from the Royal Television Society Devon & Cornwall, Jane Lighting will explore opportunities within the industry, her experience of setting up her own business and the current challenges of running a UK television channel. There will also be an opportunity for members of the audience to ask questions.
The reception and keynote session will be the culmination of a "Breaking into Media" event that will assist final year and postgraduate students to understand career opportunities. The event is being run in association with the BBC, the University of Plymouth, Business Link Devon and Cornwall, University College Falmouth, Skillset and Arts Matrix. Plymouth Media- Partnership members and the general public are welcome to attend.
